United Finance Participates in the Inauguration of the Institute of Islamic Banking, Finance, and Economics

United Finance was honored to participate in the inaugural ceremony of the Institute of Islamic Banking, Finance, and Economics (IIBFE), held on March 15, 2025, at the UIU Campus, United City, Dhaka. The event was jointly organized with the Central Shariah Board for Islamic Banks of Bangladesh (CSBIB).

Our Chairman, Mr. Najmul Hasan, attended the event as a Special Guest, alongside other prominent leaders from the Islamic banking sector. Our Managing Director, Mr. Mohammad Rafiqul Islam also took part in this significant occasion.

The event brought together key policymakers, scholars, and industry leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities in Bangladesh’s Islamic banking sector.

United Finance, Assure Group sign MoU to expand home loan access

United Finance PLC and Assure Group have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to improve home loan financing, aiming to make homeownership more accessible.

The agreement was signed by United Finance Deputy Managing Director Mohammed Abul Ahsan and Assure Group CEO Engr. Jinatul Kabir, said a press release.

Senior officials from both organisations were present at the signing ceremony.

The partnership aligns with United Finance’s efforts to offer streamlined financial solutions for prospective homeowners.
